- 3 Periodontal Maintenance (Hygiene Visits)

- 1 Oral Cancer Screening
- Bitewing X-Rays (1 X year)

Child Plan (15 & under)
- 1 Comprehensive Exam
- 2 Additional Exams
- 2 Healthy Mouth Cleanings
- 2 Fluoride Treatments
- Bitewing X-Rays (1 X year)
