I love being the Patient Concierge and helping you maintain and achieve beautiful and healthy smiles. I have been working as a Dental Assistant since 2006. Dr. Bhat is a fantastic dentist to work with. I enjoy working with her and the rest of my team! I look forward to meeting all of you and assisting in providing you quality and personalized dental care.
I am a GA Dawg fan!!! Go Dawgs! I enjoy spending time with my family on the lake, watching football and reading. I have 3 kids who are all in college.
Diana
Practice Administrator
Diana is the Practice Administrator at North Fulton Smiles, bringing over 18 years of experience in dentistry with a strong focus on business development and patient care. Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, and raised by Colombian parents, she moved to Georgia in 2019 following her fiancée’s job promotion. Her path into dentistry began in 2007 while attending college, where she worked part-time at a general dental practice assisting with both administrative and clinical duties.

Though she initially pursued nursing and dental hygiene at the University of South Carolina Upstate, she ultimately earned her degree in Business Management from Greenville Technical College—realizing her passion lay more in the business side of dentistry than in medicine.
Diana quickly discovered she had a talent for patient communication and practice operations, particularly in navigating the complexities of dental insurance. One defining moment in her career was witnessing a patient’s emotional reaction during a smile transformation—an experience that cemented her commitment to helping others through high-quality dental care and support.
At North Fulton Smiles, Diana is passionate about leading her team, optimizing the patient experience, and ensuring individuals can fully utilize their dental benefits. Her goal is always to deliver excellent service and compassionate care behind the scenes and at the front desk.
Outside of work, Diana enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and their Yorkie. She’s an avid traveler, food enthusiast, and fitness lover who stays active with weightlifting, Pilates, Zumba, and wellness-related activities.
Maya
Patient Care Coordinator
Maya has been working in dental administration since 2019, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for patient care to North Fulton Smiles. Currently pursuing a pre-dental hygiene track at Georgia State University, Maya’s dedication to the dental field began when a mentor recognized her potential and encouraged her to explore it further. Since then, her passion for dentistry has only deepened—especially through the inspiring leadership of Dr. Bhat, whose commitment to compassionate care continues to motivate Maya daily.

Though she currently resides in Buckhead, Maya finds herself drawn to the vibrant charm of Alpharetta. She plans to make it her permanent home after graduation, envisioning a future rooted in the community she has grown to love.

Ashley is a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist at North Fulton Smiles who is passionate about providing her patients with top-tier care and education. A proud Georgia native, Ashley earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia—Go Dawgs!—and continued her professional education at the Medical College of Georgia.

A graduate of Lanier Technical College in Oakwood, GA, Stephanie became a licensed dental hygienist in May 2006 after beginning her journey in dentistry as a dental assistant. Her path into the dental field was guided by a mix of practicality and passion—driven by a desire to support her education independently through the HOPE Scholarship and fueled by a natural talent for caring for others. Early on, she recognized her unique ability to empathize with patients in vulnerable situations, a skill that continues to define her approach to patient care.
Originally from the Atlanta area, Stephanie began her hygiene career in Buckhead before moving to Roswell in 2013 with her husband and growing family. The welcoming community of Roswell felt like the perfect place to raise their two children and build a home.
Stephanie’s patients often describe her as thorough, kind, and attentive, and their feedback consistently reaffirms her decision to pursue a career in dental hygiene. She takes pride in ensuring each patient leaves their appointment with not only a clean, healthy smile but also a sense of comfort and trust in their care.
Outside of the office, Stephanie enjoys a rich and fulfilling life with her husband, son, and daughter. Together, they love traveling the world, immersing themselves in different cultures, languages, and cuisines. She also cherishes date nights with her husband, no matter how big or small. In her personal time, Stephanie enjoys cooking, gardening, writing, and getting lost in a good book—especially those recommended by friends. Whether it’s a walk through the neighborhood, a coffee date, or a shared laugh, time with loved ones is what she values most.
Jayna
Dental Assistant
Jayna is a dedicated Dental Assistant at North Fulton Smiles, where her passion for patient care and oral health shines through in everything she does. Hi, I’m Madi! I was born and raised in the Atlanta area. I’ve been a dental assistant for over 10 years. I enjoy getting to know each patient and providing a personal touch for all patient encounters.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my husband, Tony, and our two children, Lana (7) and Lincoln (4).
